| Three days in Da Nang with the whole network in one room. |
This year was our first global conference. With the network growing the way it is, we wanted every studio in one room rather than split by region. That meant Da Nang, with owners and managers from every market REVL Training operates in. We present the year ahead and provide support and training, but that is not the only reason we do it. The people who run REVL studios learn most from each other, and the conference is where that happens. Three days of building, bonding and making the network stronger, together. |

| Michael Crossland |
Our guest speaker this year was born with a life-threatening illness and spent nearly a quarter of his life in hospital. He went on to an executive role by 23, represented Australia in sport, and founded a children's orphanage and school in Haiti. He spoke to the network on resilience and perspective, and on showing up when things do not go to plan. |
